On September 10,the plenary meeting of LMLECC hosted by Secretary General Mr. Zheng Baigang. DSG Amphanh、DSG Chhorn Prasath and DSG Jiang Shui attended the meeting. 

This conference is the first time in 2020 that the center will hold a plenary meeting in the form of non video. At the meeting, Secretary General Zheng Baigang made a brief summary of the preliminary work, affirmed the uninterrupted work of foreign personnel during the pandemic period, and focused on expanding the coverage and data input of LMIN system in the river basin, strengthening the coordination of tracing and escaping, implementing the assistance arrangement, promoting the research of subjects, holding the annual forum and the key work to be promoted in the next stage. The Secretary General pointed out that the center is facing many opportunities and challenges this year. All colleagues should be based on the characteristics of the Lancang Mekong River Basin, follow the principle of working with the law enforcement departments of member states of the basin, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, and promote the high-quality development of law enforcement cooperation in the Lancang Mekong region with a high standard of work attitude.
