6月16日，澜湄执法中心秘书长郑百岗通过LMIN系统主持召开中心全体人员视频会，总结中心上半年工作并就下阶段重点工作开展进行研究部署。老挝、柬埔寨、缅甸各方副秘书长及职员在本国参加视频会议。

会议首先由柬埔寨、缅甸、老挝副秘书长及负责人汇报了各方近期的工作进展情况，姜水副秘书长着重介绍了中方开展跨境赌博打击治理工作的出发点和相关工作安排。

秘书长对各成员国在疫情期间采取远程办公所取得的成效给予高度肯定，对打击跨境人口拐卖和打击易制毒化学品非法贩运两个专项行动的深化开展，加快犯罪信息数据库共享数据的录入、执法能力培训应对疫情尝试远程教学、援建项目后续完善和配套培训等下阶段重点工作进行了再动员和部署。

SG highly affirmed the effectiveness of member states' telecommuting during the pandemic, deepened the two special actions to combat cross-border anti-human trafficking and illegal trafficking in precursor chemicals, accelerated the entry of shared data in criminal information databases, training of law enforcement capacity, attempted distance learning in response to the pandemic, follow-up improvement of assistance projects and supporting training the key work of the section was deployed.

同时，秘书长还就中方跨境赌博打击治理工作向各成员国提出倡议和工作要求，请各成员国认识到赌博及其衍生犯罪的严重危害；严厉打击偷渡国边境、外国人非法滞留、非法务工等违法犯罪活动；严厉打击由赌博活动引发的拐卖、偷渡、绑架勒索、杀人、电信诈骗等各类犯罪；并对中方请求协助缉捕的违法犯罪人员给予积极协调和帮助。此外，中方新提供的102名追逃人员将录入流域犯罪信息数据库，请各成员国协助核查抓捕。

与会各成员国纷纷表示，将用好用足多边平台，高度重视成员国关切并积极配合，共筑流域安全稳定。

In addition, 102 newly provided escaped criminal from China will be recorded in the basin crime information database, and member states are invited to assist in the verification and arrest.Participating member states have expressed that they will make full use of multilateral platforms, attach great importance to the concerns of member states and actively cooperate with them to jointly build river basin security and stability.
