At the same time,SG also put forward proposals and work requirements tomemberstates on China's cross-border gambling crackdown and governance, and invitedmemberstates to recognize the serious harm of gambling and its derivative crimes. severely crack down on illegal criminal activities such as illegal border crossing, illegal detention of foreigners, illegal work. severely crack down on abduction, smuggling, kidnapping and extortion, homicide, telecommunication fraud caused by gambling activitiescheat and other kinds of crimes.and actively coordinate and help the illegal criminals that China requests for assistance in arresting. In addition, 102 newly provided escaped criminal from China will be recorded in the basin crime information database, and member states are invited to assist in the verification and arrest.Participating member states have expressed that they will make full use of multilateral platforms, attach great importance to the concerns of member states and actively cooperate with them to jointly build river basin security and stability.
