From December 23 to 27, 2019 LMLECC has sent a delegation leading by DeputySecretary General Mr.Jiang Shui led the director of the joint operation coordination directorate Mr. Y Sothy and deupty director Mr.Niu Jibao to Bangkok, Thailand, and Phnom Penh Cambodia. In the purpose of promoting and strengthening the joint operations, combating illegal trafficing of precursor chemicals and combating transnational human trafficing operation, the delegation held official meets with relevant agencies.

During visited, delegation paid a courtesy call and meeting with Narcotic Suppression Bureau (NSB), Anti-Trafficking in Person Division (ATPD) of Royal Thai Police, Office of Narcotic Control Board (ONCB) Thailand, and to Secretary of State of the ministry of interior, Kingdom of Cambodia H.E Teng Savong, Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Department, Anti-Drug Bureau of General Commissariat of Cambodia National Police.

Meanwhile, the delegation have had an indepth discussion and consultation in the key issues concerning trend, situation, the difficulties and challenges to address the transnational crime and the two joint operation related to the trafficking inperson and chemical precursor control in Thailand and Cambodia. In theoccasion, various of pragmatic suggestions have been proposed, which are indicative of the better effects accomplished by the meetings.
