Mr. To Lam highly appreciated China's great achievements in building the rule of law. He highlighted that the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam is willing to further strengthen law enforcement and judicial exchanges and cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of China in accordance with the direction indicated by the top leaders of the two parties, promote the entry into force of the treaty on the transfer of prisoners, and provide legal support for the construction of China-Vietnam community with a shared future.

Mr. Phan Dinh Trac underscored that the Communist Party of Vietnam's Commission for Internal Affairs is willing to strengthen exchanges and pragmatic cooperation with Ministry of Justice of China and other relevant departments in the reform of the rule of law, and effectively implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties by actions of legal and judicial circles of the two countries.
