The “Anti-Telecom Fraud Seminar for Cambodian National Police”, hosted by the The Lancang-Mekong Integrated Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation Center (LMLECC) and conducted by Zhejiang Police College, successfully concluded in Hangzhou on December 15^th 2023.

With the strong support of Zhejiang Police College and Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, the seminar focused on both theory and practice in designing the course, providing 14 participants with a comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge technology to combat new types of crime, and various application scenarios of high technology in fighting against crimes through case studying and simulated case handling. The LMLECC assigned staff for the entire process in order to make earnest effort to provide good service guarantee.

Mr. Liu Yongming, Vice President of Zhejiang Police College, and Mr. Ly Davuth, Deputy Secretary-General of the LMLECC, attended the closing ceremony and gave gifts and certificates to the trainees respectively. Mr. Thea Keo, the leader of the trainees who is also the Deputy Director of the Anti-Human Trafficking Police Department of the Cambodian National Police, gave a speech by expressing his sincerest thanks and appreciation to the LMLECC and Zhejiang Police College for conducting such an important course to Cambodian National Police officers.
