Recently, Pol Maj Gen Choengron Rmphadee, spokesperson of Thai Immigration Bureau, revealed that a webpage called richcarsbangkok recently published an advertisement picture, claiming to provide fast entry and exit services, and tourists only need to pay 2,900 baht to enjoy it. However, after investigation, it was discovered that the claims on the page were inconsistent with the facts.

He further pointed out that there is no so-called fast lane service at all airport checkpoints. In fact, the steps are simplified to speed up the entry and exit of passengers. Even during flight-intensive periods, the queue time at the immigration clearance channel at Suvarnabhumi Airport will not exceed 15 minutes, so there is no need to use the fast lane service.

Pol Maj Gen Choengron Rmphadee also reminded that the special entry channel is exclusive for children and guardians, the elderly, individuals holding diplomatic passports and official passports, and groups holding Thailand Elite Card, Thailand Long-term Residence Card, and APEC Card.

As for exit, Suvarnabhumi Airport has created a fast lane, but this lane mainly receives business class passengers, smart visa passengers, senior citizens, crew members, etc. in order to check luggage more quickly, but it is different from the special lanes advertised on the Internet.

Therefore, the Immigration Bureau once again reminds travelers not to believe false advertisements. Currently, relevant departments are checking other web pages for counterfeiting, and will continue to take legal action if found. In addition, the Immigration Bureau emphasized that the Suvarnabhumi Airport Authority has accelerated the improvement of various work rules and regulations, increased personnel and simplified procedures in accordance with the Prime Minister's policy to improve the efficiency of passport inspection. Therefore, passengers do not need to use any special channels and only need to follow the formal exit procedures.
