LMLECC held the first Secretary-General's office meeting

On January 5, 2018, the first meeting of the Secretary-General of LMLECC was held in conference room 2, the fourth floor of the center. Secretary-General Mr. Zheng Baigang, Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Amphanh Xayasoubath , Mr. CHHORN PRASATH , Mr. Jiang Shui participated the meeting. DSG Mr. Zaw San asked for leave.
The meeting was chaired by SG Zheng Baigang of LMLECC, Participants reviewed and adopted five documents, namely, <Responsibilities of the Secretary-General of LMLECC >, < Assignments of Responsibility of Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General of LMLECC>, <Financial System of LMLECC>, <Working System of LMLECC>, < Payment Principle of Salary and Subsidies of LMLECC >. The Secretary-General also made six recommendations and requests on the performance of the Deputy-Secretaries-General at the centre.
