Recently, The panel led by DSG Amphanh Xayasoubath visited Bokeo Province and Louangnamtha Province of Laos to supervise the construction of rescue points aided by the LMLECC.

During the meets with corresponding provincial military authorities, DSG Amphanh Xayasoubath extended the appreciation for the support of Laos side and conveyed the concerns of the Center on the quality of construction. It was expected that the rescue points could enhance the capacity of humanitarian rescue at the accident blackpoints after the construction.

The corresponding provincial military authorities expressed their appreciation to the LMLECC for the aid project. It  was agreed unanimously that the construction of rescue points would further improve the duty condition, law enforcement capacity and efficiency of the border control troops, which would contributed the stability and socio-economical development of Lancang-Mekong region.
