From July 24 to 26, LMLECC was invited to attend the Consultation Conference for Joint Operation among the Countries along China-Europe Railway Express(Chongqing)  against the Crimes Endangering Transportation Safety. The meeting was the first joint operation for transport safety crackdown in countries along China-Europe Railway Express (Chongqing). Secretary-General Zheng Baigang led a delegation to the meeting and made a keynote speech on exchanging practices and experience regarding ways to improve the capabilities of law enforcement cooperation among countries along the railway routes.

    Secretary-General Zheng Baigang  pointed out that in recent years, with the full blossom of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative, the China-Europe Railway Express (Chongqing)  has witnessed remarkable development, with a rapid expansion of its geographical reach, expanded categories of goods, and a substantial improvement in  operation quality. Secretary-general Zheng Baigang shared the experience of LMLECC in the law enforcement cooperation mechanism, the intelligence and information exchanging mechanism and the targeted training and assistance based on the law enforcement characteristics of the river basin. He proposed the establishment of the international railway police cooperation mechanism along the railway routes for joint operation action. Attach importance to information exchange and case cooperation channels and platforms; coordinating opinions on training and assistance in law enforcement capacity building. After the meeting, Secretary-General Zheng Baigang also exchanged views with the relevant  bureaus of Ministry of Public Security of China and representatives of some foreign law enforcement agencies in China.
