On April 14, the Consulates General of Myanmar and Cambodia respectively organized New Year Celebrations in Kunming. Staff of LMLECC were invited to attend the activities.

In the morning, some staff participated in the New Year Celebration organized by the Consulate General of Myanmar in Kunming. In the afternoon, some staff participated in the New Year Celebration organized by the Consulate General of Cambodia in Kunming.

During the activities, leaders of LMLECC extended new year wishes to the ConsulatesGeneral of Myanmar and Cambodia and people of the two countries working and studying in Yunnan. Mr. Thaw Tar Aung, Consul General of the Consulate General of Myanmar, and Mr. HOUR Sophara, Consul General of the Consulate General of Cambodia, expressed their gratitude to LMLECC for attending the Celebrations, as well as their commitment to jointly safeguarding the security, stability and prosperity of the Lancang-Mekong region with LMLECC. The staff of LMLECC jointly carried out various celebration activities with people from Myanmar and Cambodia.
