2022年2月16日，老挝驻昆明总领事玛尼拉·宋班迪一行到访澜湄执法中心秘书处，姜水代理秘书长与玛尼拉·宋班迪总领事进行了工作交流，昂潘副秘书长、琼波拉萨副秘书长和秘书处相关业务部门人员参加了交流活动。

On 16 Feb. 2022, H.E. Ms. Manila SOMBANDITH, the Consul General of Laos in Kunming paid a visit to the Secretariat of LMLECC. Mr. Jiangshui, the Acting Secretary- General of LMLECC held a working exchange with Ms. Manila SOMBANDITH. DSG. Amphanp, DSG. Prasath of LMLECC and staff from directorates of the Secretariat attended the meeting.

座谈中，姜水代理秘书长向玛尼拉·宋班迪总领事一行的来访表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了中心的成立背景、组织结构、人员构成以及中心在五大战略目标下取得的工作成果和下步规划。玛尼拉·宋班迪总领事对澜湄执法中心在区域执法合作中发挥的积极作用表示高度赞赏，感谢中心为老挝执法部门提升执法能力水平所作出的贡献，并祝愿中心在今后的澜湄合作中取得更大的成绩。玛尼拉·宋班迪总领事还勉励中心老挝籍职员努力工作，尽其所能地为澜湄合作贡献自己的力量。

Mr. Jiangshui extended a warm welcome to Ms. Manila SOMBANDITH, and gave an introduction of the background, organizational structure, personnel composition of the LMLECC. He also introduced the past achievements and work plan of the LMLECC under the five strategic goals. Ms. Manila SOMBANDITH highly appreciated the active role played by LMLECC in regional law enforcement cooperation. She expressed her thanks to the LMLECC’s contribution to the  capacity building of Lao law enforcement authorities. Ms. Manila SOMBANDITH wishes more accomplishments could be made for Lancang-Mekong cooperation in the future. She also encouraged Lao staff at the Secretariat to work hard and do their best to contribute to the Lancang-Mekong cooperation.
