8月4日，澜湄执法中心通过LMIN系统举行专题视频会，研究部署能力建设专项工作及下阶段重点工作。

On August 4, LMLECC held a special video conference through lmin system to study and deploy the special work of capacity building and the key work in the next stage.

专题视频会由秘书长郑百岗主持，首先就涉及柬埔寨和老挝的能力建设专项合作进行了审议研究。会议对下阶段重点工作进行了部署和动员，一是采取“走出去”方式，积极完成各项培训任务，并采取线上与线下相结合的形式组织好年度论坛；二是加大LMIN系统在流域的覆盖力度，助力流域执法实战；三是各方代表要积极参与中心确定的课题研究方向，为流域安全治理建言献策；四是要从“打击非法、保护合法”的角度，做好打击易制毒化学品和跨境人口贩运两个专项的下阶段工作。

The special video conference was presided over by SG Zheng Baigang. First of all, the special cooperation on capacity building between Cambodia and Laos was reviewed and studied. The meeting deployed and mobilized the key work in the next stage. Firstly, it took the "going out" approach to actively complete various training tasks, and organized the annual forum in the form of combination of online and offline; secondly, it increased the coverage of lmin system in the river basin to help the actual combat of River Basin law enforcement; thirdly, representatives of all parties should actively participate in the research direction determined by the center for the safety of the river basin Fourth, we should do a good job in the next stage of the two special projects of cracking down on precursor chemicals and cross-border human trafficking from the perspective of "combating illegal and protecting legality".
